Another workout up on the blog for you! In honor of Valentine's Day, I put together a "Love Your Abs" workout routine.
This routine is a great 10-15 minute challenge to add on to your regular workout. You can do the workout without weights, or use a light pair of dumbbells. Be sure to contract and control your core the entire time, and focus on good form.
