All those self-proclaimed snackers, put yo hands in the air!! Fear not, I got you covered ;)
Snacking, nibbling, munching... whatever you want to call it, who doesn't love a good snack?! Although snacks have the power to seriously enhance your nutritional intake, they also have the ability to destroy it! WAH WAH :(
Snacks can be veryyyy sneaky. All is seemingly well and good, until you start snacking all day long to the point where it becomes a habit. Snacking can oftentimes become mindless, overriding our hunger cues and leading to slow excess weight gain.
Sooooo, I've compiled a list of my FAVORITE healthy snacks for you to enjoy! I recommend trying to limit snacks to 2-3 portion-controlled snacks daily. Try to space these evenly between meals so you can keep your hunger at bay, and always listen to your body. I try to keep my snacks below 200 calories, so the list below is pretty much within that caloric limit.
Here we go! My top healthy snack options all for you.
