The New Year truly comes at the perfect time. In the midst of winter and holiday eating, the last thing we are motivated to do is focus on our health.
During the summer months, you’re much more likely to get outside and break a sweat. However, the colder months tend to make us less physically active and not so concerned about that bikini body.
January 1st serves as a blank slate and restart button during this time of the year. There is nothing like a burgeoning new beginning to inspire us to attain our goals.
