Healthy Sweet Snacks & barkTHINS® GIVEAWAY!!

Hi loves! I hope that you all had a lovely SuperBowl weekend (Go Broncos!) and are having a beautiful week.

Today on the blog, I'm talking about something all to familiar to us... CRAVINGS! If you've watched my Healthy Cookies 'N Cream Milkshake video, you probably know that I have a big sweet tooth. I find that when I ignore my sweet tooth, I end up eating everything else in our kitchen. When it comes to sweet cravings, indulging in moderation can truly be beneficial.

One of my favorite ways to sensibly indulge is with barkTHINS® Snacking Chocolate! These dark chocolate thins mixed with nuts, pretzels, and a variety of different yummy treats are AMAZING. Seriously, nothing compares to these things when it comes to taste.

Stef Health TipsTM Greek Yogurt Sundae


  • 6 oz. plain Greek Yogurt, 0%

  • 2 oz. barkTHINS® Dark Chocolate Pretzel with Sea Salt

  • 1/2 large banana, sliced

  • 1-2 tbsp. raw cashews, chopped

  • 1 tsp. unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp. raw almond butter

  • honey (optional)


  1. Fill a glass or bowl with the greek yogurt; add 1oz of barkTHINS® throughout the yogurt.

  2. Line the sliced banana on top of the yogurt. Proceed to assemble the rest of the toppings to your liking. Serve immediately!

  • 1 cup plain popcorn

  • 2 oz. barkTHINS® Dark Chocolate Almond with Sea Salt

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries


  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Scoop into a plastic bag for the perfect on-the-go snack!

  • 6 oz. plain Greek Yogurt, 0%

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Almond milk (optional)

  • 2 oz. barkTHINS® Dark Chocolate Almond with Sea Salt

  • 1/4 cup dried or fresh cranberries/blueberries

  • 1 Cashew Date Bar, chopped

  • 1/2 large banana, thinly sliced

  • 2-3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

  • Honey (optional)


  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, greek yogurt, and frozen banana. For a thinner consistency, do not freeze the banana or you can add a drop of almond milk to the mixture. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.

  2. Assemble the remaining toppings to your liking. Serve immediately!
