VIDEO: Healthy Cookies 'N Cream Milkshake

Instead of binging on candy and junk food, my Stef Health Tips Healthy Cookies 'N Cream Milkshake Recipe is filling, creamy, and gives just enough sweetness to satisfy your cravings.
I strive to make my recipes healthy, delicious and simple. Almost all of my recipes have various alternatives when it comes to ingredients. The great thing about this recipe is that it is incredibly versatile. For example, instead of almond milk, you can use skim milk or soy milk. Swap vanilla yogurt for greek yogurt for a thicker texture. Experimenting with flavors can help personalize these recipes for you and your preferences.
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt (I used coconut milk vanilla yogurt in this video)
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3 small organic Cookies 'N Cream Cookies
Handful of ice
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp shredded dark chocolate
Whipped Cream (*optional)
1. Spread the honey on the rim of your glass. Then, dip the rim in the dark chocolate shreds and evenly coat. Let set.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into your dark-chocolate rimmed glasses, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of dark chocolate syrup, and serve!
