Cauliflower Pizza Recipe!

My latest YouTube video features my favorite Cauliflower Pizza! In this video, I'm spending a night in getting work done for my Dietetic Internship. On nights like this, I enjoy cooking a healthy meal to fuel my body and help me work efficiently.

This Cauliflower Pizza is a healthy alternative for your evening meal. There are a few variations and important steps to making this, so be sure to read the instructions below thoroughly. Hearty, delicious, and refreshing, try incorporating this recipe into your meals this week!

Stef Health Tips Cauliflower Pizza Recipe



  • 1 medium size head cauliflower (I used half the cauliflower in the video for 2 personal pizzas)

  • 1/2 cup shredded low fat, part skim mozzarella

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Kefalotiri cheese

  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten


  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded low fat, part skim mozzarella

  • Desired toppings, pre-cooked (I used sauteed veggies & meat in this video)


1. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray or line with parchment paper.

2. Cut the cauliflower into pieces and pulse in a food processor until fine.

3. Place the cauliflower in a bowl, and steam or place in the microwave for 6-10 minutes. Let cool, and drain the steamed cauliflower.

4. Once the cauliflower is cooled and drained, combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, and portion out for your guests. (If the cauliflower is still watery, you can squeeze out some of the liquids from the mixture).

5. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread into desired shape. Pat down until about a 1/4 inch thick. Bake for 20 minutes.

6. Remove pizzas from oven. Spread tomato sauce on each, and sprinkle on mozzarella. Add desired toppings, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

7. Cool and serve!
